Pro is purchased in the mobile app.

For now, Mindex sells Pro only through Apple App Store and Google Play billing. The web app can recognize and use an active Pro entitlement after your mobile purchase syncs.

Where to subscribe

Open Mindex on iPhone or Android, go to Settings, then Subscription. The store shows the exact price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation options, and purchase confirmation before you pay.

What the web app does

The web app does not offer direct checkout for Pro right now. It shows your synced plan status and lets you use Pro features when your account has an active mobile entitlement.

Pro includes

Higher finite workspace limits for spaces, projects, cards, and categories.
Larger file and storage limits, still capped to keep infrastructure costs controlled.
Future Pro functions while your paid or grandfathered Pro entitlement is active.

Not unlimited

Free: 3 spaces, 50 projects, 1,000 cards, and 50 MB storage.
Pro: 20 spaces, 500 projects, 20,000 cards, and 500 MB storage.
Mindex can block new uploads or new workspace objects when the active plan limit is reached.

If Pro stops

Cancellation keeps Pro active until the already-paid period ends. After expiration, refund, or failed renewal, your account falls back to Free. Existing content is not deleted just because you downgrade, but creating more content may be blocked until usage is back inside the Free limits or Pro is restored.

Payments, refunds, cancellation, and subscription management are handled by Apple or Google according to the store used for purchase.
