Mindex Pro
Pro is purchased in the mobile app.
For now, Mindex sells Pro only through Apple App Store and Google Play billing. The web app can recognize and use an active Pro entitlement after your mobile purchase syncs.
Where to subscribe
Open Mindex on iPhone or Android, go to Settings, then Subscription. The intended prices are EUR 5.99 monthly or EUR 49.99 yearly; eligible new annual subscribers may see a one-month trial. The store always shows the authoritative local offer before purchase.
What the web app does
The web app does not offer direct checkout for Pro right now. It shows your synced plan status and lets you use Pro features when your account has an active mobile entitlement.
Pro includes
- Higher finite workspace limits for spaces, projects, cards, and categories.
- One Mindex workspace across your phones, tablets, and the web.
- Future Pro functions while your paid or grandfathered Pro entitlement is active.
Not unlimited
- Free: 4 spaces, 25 projects, 750 cards, and no workspace file uploads.
- Pro: 20 spaces, 500 projects, and 20,000 cards. File storage has separate limits.
- Mindex can block new uploads or new workspace objects when the active plan limit is reached.
If Pro stops
When Pro ends, your synced spaces, projects, cards and notes stay in your account. Sync pauses. You can choose a device copy of up to 25 MB to continue using Free; later edits stay on that device. On renewal, Mindex uploads changes and asks you to review conflicting versions.
Payments, refunds, cancellation, and subscription management are handled by Apple or Google according to the store used for purchase.
